WILD TRAIL is a living dream, a dream of a cleaner and greener world, a dream of the world equal for all. It is a Not for Profit Organisation, registered under the Societies act with the Registration No. KAM(M)/263/K/130. It is founded on 15th June 2015 by a passionate group of young conservation enthusiasts of North East India. The main focus of this organization is to create awareness among local communities through different media and methods about the importance of environment and conservation of rich biodiversity in North east India. The area of operation of the organization is North Eastern States of India including part of Eastern Himalaya Biodiversity Hotspot.
The main mission of the organization is conservation of rich biodiversity of North east India and promotion of ecotourism in this region.
Wild Trail strongly beliefs in applied research work with the involvement of local communities for the long term conservation of rich biodiversity in North East India. Ecotourism is a process to introduce the people with the hidden treasures of this region of the world, which in turn make the local communities aware about the importance of their rich biodiversity around them.
